rich tropical notes of pineapple, tangerine, and of course grapefruit – bright, rounded flavors follow the nose, ending with a gently bitter finish


Ginger Pale Ale (5.4% ABV)
ginger preserves balanced by apricot and sophisticated hop bitterness

 

Amber (5.4% ABV)
clean and approachable; light caramel with crisp finish – great for having a few

ESB (4.6% ABV)

don’t let the name Extra Special Bitter fool you! English hops are far less assertive than American hops – caramel, smooth mouthfeel, clean finish

Brown Ale (5.1% ABV)

toasted caramel nut, crisp, bitter finish
 
Coffee Stout (6.4% ABV)

brewed using our house blend of locally roasted coffee from Alamance Kaffee Werks. The perfect amount of smooth coffee flavor with a clean, non-bitter finish
 
American Wheat (6.9%)

orange aroma, light, crisp; a warm weather refresher

Ruby Kölsch (4.8%)

light bodied and easy-drinking with a slightly vinous aroma, mild herbal hop bitterness on the finish

NE IPA (6.1%)

this hazy IPA is our most massively hopped beer yet. Mosaic, Citra, and Galena hops give loads of tropical fruit notes, and the finish is slightly bitter.

This is a super-limited release with only 250 bottles produced, so get them while you can!”
